The item is not as described
If the product does not match the description, please contact us for help using the contact panel available in the "Contact Us" tab or by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The decision to accept a refund must be sold, therefore you must receive a negative decision, you can claim your rights in court.
The item is damaged
If a damaged product has reached you, you can inform us about it and request a repair or exchange for a product free from defects. This option applies for the number of years specified for the product from the date of purchase. If at this time you notice a defect - please report it to us through the contact panel available in the "Contact Us" tab or to our email address: email@example.com. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we may refund you or offer to keep the goods and we will refund some of the funds.
Do you want to return the product?
If you want to return, please provide us with a statement (preferably in writing, for example by e-mail or via the contact panel) within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return the item within the next 14 days of submitting the statement. We should refund you within 14 days of your statement, but we may withhold until we receive the returned product.
Product return costs
If we accept your complaint, we should refund you all costs associated with this purchase. If you withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, the cost of sending the goods will be on you. However, we should refund you the cost of the first shipment, in the amount of the cheapest option that was available on offer.
